Site Prep

• Some Customers choose to set the buildings on concrete blocks. If you choose to do so we recommend 4” x 8” x 16” solid concrete blocks. You must have them there for the driver to space under the runners at delivery. Blocks are not included. Driver’s will do minimal shimming at time of delivery to help level
• We strongly recommend a well compacted and leveled gravel pad 4” to 6” thick. However:
  • Foundational requirements and anchoring requirements may be dictated by your zoning or building permit departments. Anchors are NOT included with your purchase, but may be bought at an additional cost. It can be more cost effective for the customer to purchase and install their own anchors through Amazon, Tractor Supply, Rural King, Lowe’s, Home Depot, etc

Why do we recommend a good pad/foundation? So that your beautiful new building starts out properly level in your yard and so that it stays that way for years to come

Prebuilt

Most sheds under 14 feet wide are delivered prebuilt to your prepared site. In order to deliver your shed prebuilt, access space 2 feet wider than the width of your shed is required. When access is available, buildings are unloaded off of our truck or trailer and delivered to your prepared site location using our Mule delivery system with flotation tires at each end of the building carry the weight, minimizing tracks in your yard. Tracks are similar to taking a large riding mower through your yard.

With our Mule delivery system, many buildings can be delivered prebuilt where it would be impossible otherwise. All that is needed is enough space for the building to fit through, (width and height). Flotation tires at each end of the building carry the weight, minimizing tracks in your yard. Tracks are similar to taking a large riding mower through your yard.

Built On Site

If delivering prebuilt is not possible, our professional on site crew can assemble your building right on your lot. It will be prefabricated in our shop in panels, then assembled on your lot. Building time varies with different sized buildings but our crew can have an average-sized building ready to go in just a few hours. Larger buildings may take up to a day to complete.

• 24 month option take cash price ÷ 16.8 = monthly payment
• 36 month option take cash price ÷ 21.6 = monthly payment
• 48 month option take cash price ÷ 24.0 = monthly payment

Example:

• 24 month on a $2500 building (2,500 / 16.8) = $148.81
• 36 month on a $2500 building (2,500 / 21.6) = $115.74
• 48 month on a $2500 building (2,500 / 24.0) = $104.17

Pay off Your Shed Early Without Penalty!

• 24 month just pay off 70% of remaining payments
• 36 month just pay off 60% of remaining payments
• 48 month just pay off 50% of remaining payments
